Life certificate

During this process, the consular officer verifies that the client appearing in front of him is alive by confirming that it is him/her who is signing the form received from the Hungarian Pension Disbursement Institute. 


Who can initiate this procedure?

Any person who regularly receives a pension from Hungary and must prove that he/she is still alive on the form of the Hungarian Pension Payment Institute.

Documents to be submitted

  1. Valid Hungarian and Israeli passports
  2. The original (printed, but not signed!) Pension Institute Form (the application form is sent by the Pension Disbursement Institute to the client directly)
     

Method of submission

  • The application must be submitted in person, after a prior appointment
  • No fast track procedure or emergency appointments are available
  • Appointments cannot be booked by phone or e-mail, only online

Duration of procedure

The process is completed immidiately on spot.
