Please note that our Consulate only accepts clients with a prior appointment (including for collection of documents). We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we are unable to handle cases that differ from the originally booked case type, in such cases a new appointment must be booked for another time. We can serve only one person at a time, so it is necessary to book appointments for each applicant.
Only registered customers with an appointment can enter the area of the Consulate. Bringing in weapons of any kind to the Consulate premises is strictly prohibited.
In the absence of the above conditions, customers are not allowed to enter.

Appointments:
Currently, all our services, including the collection of documents, are subject to prior appointment. To schedule an appointment, please visit our page "Schedule an Appointment".
Fees:
The current fees for our consular services can be found here. Please note that our Consulate is a cashless office. This means that all consular fees need to be paid by credit card and the fees are determined in Euros (€).
„Pick-up” hours:
Once the requested documents is ready for pick-up, the Consulate notifies the applicant via email (or by phone). After receiving our notification, Clients need to request an appointment in advance for collecting their documents..
Recipients must prove their identity with a valid photographic ID upon receiving their documents. In case of receiving other persons’ or minors’ documents, a valid authorization form/ power of attorney must be presented and the authorisers’ copy of photographic ID.
Emergency:
A Hungarian citizen in trouble may ask assistance from the Consulate during working hours by email, phone or in person. You can also reach us outside opening hours, more information can be found here.
